Behind Bee You Fitness....

Becky—known to many as Bee—has grown up immersed in sport. Always playing, coaching, and finding new ways to move.

​

Running and team sports have been a constant throughout her life, and she continues to play and coach netball while also running a busy swim school.

​

Being active is where Bee feels most free, grounded, and connected, especially when she’s outdoors in nature.

​

As a mum of four energetic boys who each play a wide range of sports, Bee understands how busy life can become and how easily personal wellbeing can slip down the priority list.

She also knows just how powerful it is to carve out time for yourself not only for fitness, but for clarity, confidence, and overall happiness.

 

Her mission is to help others find that same balance, joy, and sense of connection through movement and community.

Be Fit - Be Strong - Be Happy

Bee’s mission is to help people build confidence in themselves and discover that you don’t need to be “sporty” to feel fit, strong, or proud of what your body can do. She believes that you don’t have to call yourself a “runner” to enjoy moving outdoors, and you don’t need any experience to begin. What matters is having a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged from the moment you arrive.

Bee is passionate about breaking down the barriers that make people hesitate—whether it’s believing fitness is only for certain types of people, feeling guilty about prioritising your own wellbeing, or thinking you need to reach a certain level before joining in. She wants her community to know that investing time in yourself isn’t selfish. It strengthens every part of your life: your family, your energy, your work, and your confidence.

Her goal is simple: to create a friendly, inclusive space where everyone feels they belong, can move at their own pace, and can rediscover the joy of feeling strong, capable, and connected.
