Terms & Conditions
By booking or attending any Bee You Fitness class, personal training session, or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before taking part.

1. Participation and Health
- By joining a class, you confirm that you are fit, healthy, and able to participate in physical activity.
- You must inform the instructor (Becky Harrison-Smith) of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health before taking part.
- All participants are encouraged to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before attending their first session.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and inform the instructor.

2. Clothing and Footwear
- Please wear suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for exercise and outdoor conditions.
- If the instructor believes your attire is unsafe or unsuitable, participation may not be permitted for that session.

3. Safety and Weather Conditions
- All sessions are designed to be safe and inclusive, but you take part at your own risk.
- Outdoor classes may be adjusted, postponed, or relocated in the event of extreme weather for safety reasons.

4. Children and Guests
- Children are welcome at some sessions if this has been pre-discussed with the instructor and they remain safely supervised.
- Guests or spectators are welcome only with prior agreement from Bee You Fitness.

5. WhatsApp Community Group
- By joining Bee You Fitness, you may be added to the Bee You Fitness WhatsApp group to receive updates, motivation, and community support.
- Your phone number and display name will be visible to other members.
- You can leave the group at any time by selecting 'Exit Group' in WhatsApp or requesting removal.
- All group communication must remain respectful, supportive, and relevant to Bee You Fitness activities.

6. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made via [insert booking method/platform] and must be confirmed before attending.
- PAYG sessions are only payable in advance and must be booked prior to attending the session.
- Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Class cancellation policy: 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class booking. Cancellations made after this time will still be charged.
- Personal training cancellation policy: 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a PT session. Late cancellations will still be charged in full.
- In the unlikely event that Bee You Fitness cancels a class, you will be offered an alternative date.

8. Behaviour and Conduct
- Bee You Fitness promotes a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from classes or memberships.

9. Liability
- All exercise involves a level of risk. By taking part, you accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing during Bee You Fitness activities.
- Bee You Fitness and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
- All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on the Bee You website.
- Your contact details will be used only for class updates, communication, and safety records.

11. Changes to These Terms
- Bee You Fitness reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
